"Loves to admire himself in the mirror and "wolf whistle" at himself. He can whistle most of the tune from the Andy Griffith show. Talks but probably can't be understood easily by others. These birds can travel 25-30 miles in a day so can venture far from home in a short time. He is very friendly, hops on finger easily but does not like to be petted. He is deeply missed by his family."

"I lost Pretty Bird in July. I never found out the gender of my bird. My bird could whistle "Pretty Bird" so good, it sounded like my bird was saying "Pretty Bird" - it was cute."
